Where am I: Queens, NY
Biography: I was born in Manila and immigrated to the U.S. in 1987 on my third birthday. I grew up in the fabulous neighborhood of Woodside, Queens; attended a local Catholic elementary school; and commuted an hour each day to attend Hunter College High School when I got older. I enjoyed my college years in Pittsburgh, PA, worked for a few years in Chicago, then decided I couldn’t take the winters anymore and moved home to the NYC area.
Earlier in 2011, I was married on a white-sand beach in the Philippines to my darling Michelle.
Occupation: I work in high-frequency finance. It’s a lot of fun but beyond the scope of this site.
Hobbies: I enjoy browsing bookstores, planning new adventures, and trying to understand the puzzle that is global finance. My passion is technology, from networks and programming to internet development and design. Lastly, I spend my spare hours volunteering with a NYC non-profit for children.
